Muscle building - week 3

Feeling great in Week 2, my weight reach historial high 140lbs. Not sure those are fat or muscle, but at least feeling more power from the back.

Week 3 exercise continues, push push push:
- Jump Rope 5 mins
- Sub Scape Slide - 8 reps - 3 sets
- Dumbbell Row - 10 reps - sets - 12lbs
- Stairmaster - 80spm - 5 mins
- Elv Pushup - 10 reps - 5 sets
- Ergo - 250 rev both direction - lvl 7 resistance

Going to weight lifting on wednesday, sounds like i'm getting there...

超強閱讀術:一個月讀五十本書的方法



Clearly want to read books faster so i can clear my books bought from hong kong in all these years, but it is actually useful because the faster I can read, the more information I can go through in my lifetime. The book introduces/mentions a lot of method for speed reading the book, like 80/20, keywords searching, increase the area of read in one shot. However, I think the more book I read, the faster I can read more, this is just practice make perfect. For sure, I rather read slow for some of the literatures, just to taste their every single bit.

愛得喪盡天良



i love the book from 彭浩翔, because i love his black humor. He usually defines a weird fact, deploys it into a story, magnifies it, and becomes a ridiculous story but make myself rethink how we handle our life.

Three stories in this book: One couple planned a night to lose their virgin, but an acne on the girl's face eventually broke up the couple. A dude got a message from an anonymous girl who got in trouble, so he decided to save the girl in heroical way and lost his life. Another couple decided to live together in the guy's home, because the guy doesn't want the girl to smell his poop after use, he makes all kinds of excuses and seeding the mistrust inside the girl's mind. After the girl found out the truth, she was touched and the love overcomes the poop's smell.

Muscle building - week 2

Last week I was suffering with muscle sore, and it went away on my sixth day.
Starting week 2, according to person trainer, my deviation is going away. Nice, making progress.

- Dumbbell Row - 10 reps - sets - 10lbs
- Stairmaster - 70spm - 5 mins
- Elv Pushup - 10 reps - 5 sets
- Ergo - 250 rev both direction - lvl 7 resistance

come on, make every pennies worth the spending.

Muscle building - week 1

Restarted exercise and joined UFC gym. Finally decided to hire personal trainer to help me build my muscle. Damn, they are expensive.
I'm a skinny guy and never gain weight even i eat a lot, the the main focus will be gaining muscle.

Week 1 exercise:
- Jump Rope 5 mins
- Sub Scape Slide - 8 reps - 3 sets
- Dumbbell Row - 10 reps - sets - 8lbs
- Stairmaster - 60spm - 5 mins
- Elv Pushup - 10 reps - 5 sets
- Ergo - 250 rev - lvl 6 resistance

The Game - 把妹達人



The title of this game was really getting my attention, since i'm truly guy who just play with the computer and got difficulty speaking with gals. Hopefully get some improvement from this book. Instead of teaching you how to pick up a gal, author actually wrote a story telling book on how to become a PUA(Pick-up artist), joining the PUA community, addicted to it, get himself lost, and became a pick-up robot. Once he found out the problem, he went back to find a real job, and found his loved girlfriend with his real self. The community collapsed at the end with all the PUAs found out they all addicted to it and lost themselves.

The PUA addiction is just like we play so much online game that we lost our job and life. Pick-up skills might be necessary, but we should not over rely on the skill. Only the true heart will help to get the one we really love.
