藍海策略
very interesting book. It defines a competitive market as bloody red ocean, which enterprises are fighting market share by low price strategy on their identical products. Company which wins in the red ocean has to pay heavy price such as company development. So, enterprise shall develops their new market where there is no competitor yet. There are lots of example on how enterprise can create their own blue ocean and secure its market through blue ocean strategy. One of the well known example is Nitendo wii...
I know I did a suck review, but for poeple who work on marketing field, this is a highly recommended book.
I'm a software engineer guy, why am i reading it....haha...
