很久不見

taken after a week long storm, i haven't seen sunset for a long long time, love the sky...

new vision

so light, so expensive, i'm paying more for less...
fell in love with it when i put it on, looked at the price tag, shiiiiiiittttt....

plus encouragement of GOOD friends, i went back next day and paid the money. my wallet is as light as the glasses now...

please, don't make me becoming brands' slave...

new pens

setup a hk drama system for mom, get rid of the wiring seems to be a must. using my retired pc as prototype, with the new wireless keyboard and mouse, outcome is not bad at all. I can now watch other videos on living room, too.

final goal is to have a mac mini, supporting 16:9 screen and able to go online. slowly upgrading...

Investment Summary 2009

It has been a dramatic year, my portfolio raise from -21% in 2008 to 19% in 2009.
Besides HBC, I added GE, MFC and WFC, just want to pull down more the ratio of HBC to about 30-40%(currently 86%). In addition, I see myself putting most of the investment on financial sector, therefore I put JNJ and KFT into my watch list, should add more later.

Other than stock, I think I should consider widen my basic emergency fund. Budget is reducing due to the rise of my monthly spending(i love my new toy) and family pressure. Also want to add Roth IRA into my low risk investment. Half of my annual budget will probably gone for them.

How can I live good and not spending seems to become my biggest practice and concern in 2010. Cheers

don't tell me about religions or god, the only eternity is change...

I will happy to see things around change to good side, cry out loud when change to bad side, and that's just life, it's moving forward...

but i'm sure i don't feel comfortable about rapid changes now, love you all...

可樂一直被玻璃樽蓋封著
隔著厚厚的玻璃, 可樂一直不能看清外面的世界
面貼著玻璃往外望, 矇矓中什麼也看不見, 可樂只感覺到從玻璃傳過來的冰冷

婉君將可樂樽從雪櫃中取出,拿給在後園剛完成加建工程的家明
家明: 謝謝, 有了造好的這個小涼亭, 我們以後可以飯後坐在這乘涼了
家明將樽蓋打開, 可樂從細小樽口, 看見了天空
可樂: 噢, 天空真美, 外面的世界一定很漂亮
