Give me one more day

saw this at the bookselves in the office couple weeks ago, I don't know the reason but I picked it up and read it... Everytime I read a book, I wanna get some messages out of it, so does this time. Is it tell me the cherish the current? not to pursuit my dream? or something I want?..... I'm getting confused...
