Restarted exercise and joined UFC gym. Finally decided to hire personal trainer to help me build my muscle. Damn, they are expensive.
I'm a skinny guy and never gain weight even i eat a lot, the the main focus will be gaining muscle.
Week 1 exercise:
- Jump Rope 5 mins
- Sub Scape Slide - 8 reps - 3 sets
- Dumbbell Row - 10 reps - sets - 8lbs
- Stairmaster - 60spm - 5 mins
- Elv Pushup - 10 reps - 5 sets
- Ergo - 250 rev - lvl 6 resistance
Let see if miracle will happen
