Last week I was suffering with muscle sore, and it went away on my sixth day.
Starting week 2, according to person trainer, my deviation is going away. Nice, making progress.
Week 2 exercise continues, push push push:
- Jump Rope 5 mins
- Sub Scape Slide - 8 reps - 3 sets
- Dumbbell Row - 10 reps - sets - 10lbs
- Stairmaster - 70spm - 5 mins
- Elv Pushup - 10 reps - 5 sets
- Ergo - 250 rev both direction - lvl 7 resistance
come on, make every pennies worth the spending.
